Shannon has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and has been
a licensed instructor for 8 years. She established Romans Hair Empire and Beauty Academy in 2017 and wears many hats.

Nicole has 10 years as a licensed stylist and specializes in braids, sew-ins, lace fronts, etc.

Rosa has 17 years in the industry, 15 years VA license
"It’s a passion for me to teach others in our industry, with giving them the ability to use the tools I provide. Making others love themselves a little more and boasting the confidence within the art they have to share".

instructor at the academy.

Sharmika is a dedicated cosmetologist, licensed in both Virginia and West Virginia since 2018. With a passion for beauty and self-care, she enjoys helping clients look and feel their best. Outside of work, Sharmika cherishes quality time with her husband and four children, embracing her Christian faith as a guiding force in her life. In her free time, she loves shopping, cooking, exploring new places to eat, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.

Marissa has 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, she has developed a deep passion for her profession . She takes pride in helping emerging stylists learn key techniques , build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive . For her, being a stylist isn’t just a job; it’s a calling, and she’s here to share her knowledge and passion with others. Her goal is to inspire and ensuring every student she works with is set up for a successful career.
